Two tier cake - bottom layer is vanilla cake,
top layer is chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream icing.
Each layer also has a ring of fondant pills, no prescription needed!
Covered in MM fondant, and decorated with a stethoscope,
reflex hammer, pill bottle, tongue depressor, and blood
pressure cuff all made out of gum paste.
